Happy Halloween... and Reformation Celebration!

The past several years we've watched Luther on October 31st, made little "Wittenberg door" gingerbread cookies, or dressed up in early 1500s attire to celebrate Reformation Day. This year, I realized too late that we'd loaned our copy of Luther out and forgot to ask for it back in time to watch on the 31st. So, I did the next most entertaining thing...  played dress-up with my new baby and had a little photo-shoot.

She was in a good mood, too, so we went with it!

Her smiles are still random right now... can't wait until they're on purpose!
Boo!
She's about the size of an average pumpkin.
Lydia actually had 2 Halloween outfits!
This one, from Meg Ramsey, was what she wore to hand out candy to the neighborhood kids.
 Success.
